C.E.I. is dedicated to our clients and to the important services that they provide for their residents.  To assist them in their mission, we provide many services that greatly enhances our clients ability to be more efficient and productive in their daily activities.  

C.E.I. is a company that will not leave you out in the cold when it comes to service after the sale.  Support issues are resolved in a matter of minutes rather that days.  We have and will continue to support our clients across the Nation with a knowledgeable support staff.  Support for our clients is provided on three different platforms

On- Site Training for the C.E.I. 2000 software is offered by experienced and knowledgeable staff members.  Training your staff how to effectively use the program from the start is a primary focus of C.E.I.

 

Updates are provided by C.E.I. to ensure that our clients stay in compliance with Federal and State Regulatory changes as they occur.  C.E.I. has never missed a deadline for any State or Federal regulatory changes.  

 

Informing our clients of industry changes is important to the staff of C.E.I.  The C.E.I. Newsletter and the C.E.I. Web News are two ways that C.E.I. keeps our clients informed.
