The RAP Areas in Section V are automatically calculated as you enter MDS information. Check Marks will indicate a triggered RAP Area.
C.E.I. 2000 allows for detailed resident specific information to be entered for each RAP Area.

The Documentation screen shown below will list the specific items that contributed to the trigger. Yes and No responses in the gray section indicate exactly which items caused the trigger. This will assist in your detailed documentation on this RAP Area.

Rap Documentation and Location of Information are easily entered and Spell Checked. This documentation can be copied and pasted into other applications such as Care Plans or Discipline Progress Notes.
