- CEI automates the RAI process with popup instructions, on-line references, edit
checks and consistency validation of MDS responses. When information is
entered in the assessment form, the Rap Summary will trigger automatically. We also offer
the MDS
assessment scheduler, Care Plans, RUGS III scoring, and numerous other
reports.

- CEI has made the Medicare PPS process easy to incorporate into your
facility. The Medicare and Medicaid RUGS III Scores are generated as you edit an MDS assessment.

- Physician Order Forms, ADL Flow Sheets, Nurse Aid Order Sheets and much
more are available within the Medical Records Module. Pre Printed Forms
or Plain paper can be used to generate the forms in this module.

- The Infection Control module will allow your facility to log detailed information
about any resident with an infection. Information such as the
Infection Site, Culture Results, Symptoms, and Treatment Orders are all
recorded and reported very easily.

- The Accident and Incident module will log the detailed accounts of any and all
accidents that may occur in your facility. Resident, Employee, or
Visitor information will always be at your fingertips for quick reference in
