Accident / Incident

The Accident and Incident Reporting Module can be used as a stand alone program or integrated with the other modules. This Module will log the detailed accounts of any and all accidents or incidents that occur in your facility.

Whether it occurred to a resident, employee, or a visitor, you will be able to record the Location of the Accident, Eye Witness Accounts and Physician Reports as well as any other important facts pertaining to the event.

Reports can be produced for a specific date range or a particular location. Formats for the different reports can be a short summary or a detailed account.
