The Medical Records System is an electronic filing and tracking system for the
documentation of resident orders. The system allows you to create
Physician Orders and other forms to be used in recording and printing resident data.
C.E.I. 2000 gives you a Library of
Standard Orders to expedite the process of posting orders to different
forms. Standard Orders can then be modified to address the specific needs
of the individual resident. Listed below are just some of the benefits of
our Medical Records Module. |
Physician
Order Forms - Physician Visits
- Orders per Resident - Residents
per Order - Order / Diagnosis Audit
- Physician Order Forms along with other
Form types can be entered and printed using the C.E.I. 2000 system. When posting orders, you can select from
the existing Medical
Record forms or you can create your own.
- Physician's Visit is an application
that will give a listing of your facility's physicians,
their residents, information concerning the last physician visit,
and then schedule the next date the physician is to visit the resident.
Notes are able to be entered for either the current visit and establish a
history of Physician Notes.
- Orders Per Resident is a report that
gives the facility the capability of printing any or all posted orders for a
given resident. For instance, all medication orders or dietary orders
can be printed with ease and at any given time.
- Residents Per Order is a report that will generate a detailed list of residents that share a common order or type
of order. For example, all residents that have an order for Physical Therapy could
be printed at any time.
- Order / Diagnosis Audit Report will
report the actual clinical diagnosis for each posted order on any given
form. This will help you to ensure the consistency of the medications
and treatment orders that relate to medical conditions..
