MDS 2.0 / Plan of Care

MDS 2.0 / Plan of Care is one of the many modules offered in the clinical system of C.E.I. 2000.

This aspect of the software will allow quick entry of the MDS 2.0 assessment form and RAP Documentation, enter resident specific Care Plans, create error free export files, print Q.I. reports as well as hundreds of other reports all designed to help you operate your facility more efficiently.

MDS 2.0 - RAP Summary - Care Plans - RUGS III / Case Mix - MDS Schedule - Electronic Submission - Quality Indicator

MDS 2.0 assessments are easy to enter and complete. Validation reports ensure data consistency with State and Federal Regulations.

RAP Summary calculates the triggers for the user automatically. The section has an option so you can view the contributing MDS responses that triggered the RAP. The RAP Summary can be printed while the MDS assessment is still current or after it has been locked.

Care Plans are an essential part of care for a resident. Care Plans can be easily modified or new ones added either in the Master Library or in the Individual Residents Care Plan File.

RUGS III / Case Mix allows you to effectively manage the Medicare PPS process in your facility. As the MDS data is entered, RUGS III Scores will automatically calculate and reports will generate the daily rates and billable days for your billing department.

MDS Schedule reports enable you to easily keep track of completed assessments and schedule future MDS assessments. All reports will calculate for Medicare as well as residents with other payment sources such as Medicaid or Veterans Administration.

Error Free Electronic submission is easily accomplished in minutes with history files maintained on your system. CEI has a proven track record in submission since 1990. We have, and will continue to meet and exceed all requirements for electronic submission mandated by HCFA.

Quality Indicator reports are available at the touch of a button. Reports that use the official calculation methods developed by C.H.S.R.A., can be generated with up to the minute MDS information.
