Posted Orders

The Medical Records Order Forms are a group of worksheets that allow the user to post specific medications, treatments, activities and other similar orders to a resident's file. There are many types of Order Forms that can be used.

The Physician Order Form shown below can be created as a master form. It is then used by other forms to pull specific information like Lab Orders or Diagnosis Listings.

Other forms such as Treatment Records, ADL Flow Sheets, Rehab Records and PRN Medication sheets can pull the information directly from the Physician Order Forms. With a function called Copy Order Between Forms, you save time by posting an order once and it can then be placed on multiple forms. Medical Records Setup gives you the option of creating new or customizing existing order forms.
