C.E.I. is a multi-state software vendor with years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare regulatory requirements. The President of C.E.I., has over 20 years of experience in the Medicaid and Medicare programs. Prior to incorporating C.E.I. in 1988, he held a management position in state government with departments responsible for the policy and regulatory oversight of the Medicaid program. His expertise was the driving force in developing a company that could provide computerized solutions to the requirements mandated by OBRA 87 which resulted in the MDS, MDS Plus in 1990, MDS 2.0 and now Medicare PPS. C.E.I. has maintained a loyal growing base of clients by providing software that complies with regulatory requirements and is easy to use. We concentrate on "hands on training" and support that is responsive to our clients.
