MDS 2.0

C.E.I. 2000 has automated the MDS 2.0 process. You can easily fill out the MDS 2.0 form. With the popup instructions, edit checks, and data consistency validation, it is impossible to go wrong.

The MDS assessment cannot be locked until it is completed. This insures that the files are created and submitted Error Free. The MDS module of C.E.I. 2000 automates any assessment or tracking form required by H.C.F.A. Adding, Editing and Completion of the assessments are all done quickly and easily to ensure that your facility is productive in the assessment process.

The Census Driven Assessment process within the software will allow you to add only the assessments that are valid for the type of payment the resident is assigned. For instance, Medicare assessments can only be created for Medicare residents. This process ensures that the correct scheduling and sequence is followed.

The C.E.I. 2000 MDS has many time saving applications incorporated for your benefit.

Section Tabs provide easy navigation within the MDS Form and indicate updated information.
RUGS III, RAPS, and other key fields are easy to identify as you complete the assessment through the use of User-Defined Color Coding.
Previous MDS responses are indicated on the form next to the current response for easy identification of the clinical condition of your resident.
Assessments can be printed at any time throughout the MDS Process.
The MDS can be saved at any time and locked at your convience.

MDS data is automatically updated from the most recent assessment allowing you to complete multiple assessments in minimal time. Discharge and Reentry Tracking forms require only date and the place discharged to or reentered from to be entered with all other data automatically entered for you.
